Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders of 8 items or less will ship within one business day while orders more than 8 items or engraved items will ship within two business days. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on Saturday, Sunday and U.S. national holidays.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard Ground shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Standard Ground from our facility to most of the continental U.S. takes 2-3 business days. Delivery to the west coast states such as Washington, California, Oregon, and Nevada typically takes 4 business days.

Most shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS unless otherwise advised.

Product Packaging Details

Full Size, Medium, Small, Extra Small and Petite urns will ship in regular cardboard packaging. Heart Keepsakes come with a standard blue velvet display box. Sets of Miniature Keepsakes will be packed in the standard multi-pack (4 or 6) velvet keepsake box. Most Individual Keepsakes come with a velvet bag and a few come with a standard blue velvet keepsake box.
