Important: You must first contact us prior to any returns. Mittens & Max is not responsible for any returns sent without prior notification to customer service.

Returning products to Mittens & Max is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact our friendly support staff and we will assist you with the process. Products returned within 30 days may be returned with no restocking fee while products returned within 30-90 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Please have all information regarding the product to be returned such as Order Number, SKU, description, quantity or number of boxes, and reason for the return.

Once products are received we will send an email notifying you that the return has been received and that any refund has been processed. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Items that cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any item that has been personalized.
  • Urns or jewelry that have been filled.
  • Items that have been damaged or tampered with.
  • Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
  • Orders over 90 days old are non-returnable or refundable.

Claims and damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
